Wilder Welcomes Shapell Homes to the Neighborhood
Spring is in the air. Friendships are blooming. And Wilder is pleased to announce Shapell Homes as our newest builder partner. With over 50 years of experience building award-winning homes, Shapell offers expert craftsmanship and timeless design that is pure Wilder.
We look forward to Shapell breaking ground on their first four homes later this year. These homes will be located on Rabble Road, a quiet hillside cul-de-sac with views of Mt. Diablo and the valley below. The first home will be a modern interpretation of the Bay Area Cottage, with approx. 4,175 square feet of living space and 4 bedrooms. The second will be a Spanish Colonial Revival architectural style with approx. 4,487 square feet and 5 bedrooms.
